Ingredients:
- 1 Boneless thigh leg
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 purple onion
- 1 garlic leek
Teriyaki sauce:
- Soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- Sugar
- Sake
- grated ginger
preparation:
Start by chopping up the chicken and cutting it into wedges. Do the same with the garlic, leek, onion and bell pepper. Once this is done, place everything interspersed on a skewer stick.
Then we prepare the sauce. Heat the soy sauce with a clove of garlic and sake over low heat, add sugar and grated ginger.
On a hot griddle, pour a few drops of oil and cook the skewers. Once cooked, remove and garnish with the teriyaki sauce.
