- Toasted bread with butter
- 2 Cooked Breast Calisa fray
- 2 Tbsp of BBQ Sauce
- Sauteed vegetables (onion, carrot, red and green peppers)
- Cheddar cheese
- Julienned red onion
- Sliced romaine lettuce
- 100 g of Mayonnaise
- 100 g cream cheese
- c / n of Leaves of arugula with its stems
- c / n salt
- freshly ground black pepper
Baked Rustic Potatoes with Sweet Paprika
Frayed Calisa Cooked Breast
Thaw the breast for 6 minutes in the microwave and with forks, fray and set aside.
Sauté the vegetables in oil until tender. Incorporate the chicken and the BBQ sauce.
Put the mayonnaise, cream cheese, arugula, salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix until obtaining a sauce with a creamy and fine texture.
Wash and wedge the potatoes, preserving the peel. Season with oil, salt, pepper and paprika. Bake until cooked and golden brown.
Arrange the toast lightly with butter, arugula mayonnaise, romaine lettuce and add the pulled chicken. Finish with red onion and cheddar sauce.
