Ingredients:
- 1kg of Chicken Breast
- 3 onions
- 3 carrots
- 1 bell pepper
- Black peppercorns
- 4 Cloves of Garlic
- Crushed chili, bay leaf, thyme, salt
- 1 glass of white wine
- 1 glass of vinegar (alcohol, apple or wine)
- 1/2 glass of oil
- 1/2 glass of water
preparation:
We take the breast and cut it into squares, pour oil into a pot and brown the chicken. While this is happening we cut a carrot, an onion, a red pepper and add them to the pot. Season with plenty of black peppercorns and a few cloves of garlic. We cook while we are seasoning the mixture with salt, pepper, bay leaves, thyme, crushed chili. Add a glass of white wine, a glass of alcohol vinegar, half a glass of oil and half a glass of water and cook for 45 minutes. To conclude, we pack it in a jar and it is ready to consume.
