- 1 whole chicken
- 3 bell peppers
- 3 Tomatoes
- 2 red onion
- 1 onion
- bay leaves
- crushed chili
Start by chopping up the chicken and cutting it into wedges. Do the same with the bell peppers/peppers. Then cut the tomatoes and onions in half.
Next, we take the object where we will assemble the galeto and begin to puncture the ingredients, in any order, just keep in mind to insert a bay leaf after each piece of chicken. We salt and leave roasting on the grill.
While we wait, in another container we mix a little butter with thyme, rosemary, bay leaves, crushed chili and pepper. Leave it on the grill to melt.
When it is roasted on one side, we turn and smear with the preparation, we wait for it to finish roasting and that's it.
