Ingredients:
Rosti Potatoes:
- 3 potatoes peeled or not
- 1 onion cut into feathers
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper.
Mayonnaise with sweet and sour cucumbers:
- 500 gr. of cucumbers
- 200 gr. of sugar
- 50 gr. curry or turmeric
- 300cc. apple cider vinegar
- 300cc. of water
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 50 gr. mustard seed
- 10 gr. peppercorns
- 5 bay leaves
- mayonnaise to taste
preparation:
First step we put in a pot water, vinegar, sugar, peppercorns, mustard seeds, curry, salt and bay leaf. All together until it breaks to a boil. At the same time we cut a cucumber lengthwise and with a spoon we took out the seeds, cut it into strips and then into cubes. We cook it in the pot with the previous preparation for 5 minutes, then we take out the sweet and sour cucumbers and store them in the refrigerator.
For the rosti potatoes, scratch a large potato, cut an onion into a feather, next step, brown the onion with a little oil on a griddle. Chop a little rosemary and add it to the potato, season and mix. Once the onion is cooked, we add it to the potato, with this mixture we make some little balls for the tortillas, we cook until they are well golden on both sides.
For the sauce, we mix the cucumbers with mayonnaise. We open a pack of milanesas and fry them until they reach a perfect golden color. We serve everything on a plate and enjoy.
