Ingredients:
- 1 packet of Calisa crunch
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 1 purple onion
- 1 can of 250 grams. canned plum tomatoes
- 50 gr. of sugar
- 1 bay leaf
- 50cc apple cider vinegar
- some fresh ginger
- A tablespoon of smoked paprika
- A teaspoon of cumin seeds
- 15 gr. of salt
- A little pepper.
- 1 clove garlic grated
- A tablespoon of olive oil
preparation:
To start, cook the finely chopped onion with the oil and grated garlic, add all the spices
and brown for a few minutes, add the rest of the ingredients until they boil, process with a blender, filter with a fine sieve and cook for about 30 to 60 minutes until sauce consistency is achieved, if necessary it can be corrected with water, once ready let cool, if we let it rest in the fridge for two days its flavor will be much better!
We cook some crujix in abundant oil and accompany with our fantastic ketchup that you will not be able to leave
to eat!
