Cut the breasts from above lengthwise and widthwise, in a kind of grid. Season with grill salt, pepper, thyme, oregano, paprika. Smear well on both sides.
Then we add butter and oil on the griddle and cook the breasts, meanwhile in another container we heat butter with rosemary, lemon juice and seasonings to taste. Once the chicken is golden, pour this preparation on the cut side so that the seasonings penetrate.
On the other hand, we boil some whole potatoes, then we remove them, crush them and put them to cook in a frying pan with oil on the bottom and on top we pour the mixture of butter and lemon.
