Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- Parmesan
- 4 slices raw ham
- 1 kg of potatoes
- Broccoli
- 2 lemons
- Rosemary
- Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
preparation:
We take the breasts and cut them into very fine fillets, add fresh rosemary and grate lemon peel and Parmesan cheese. Next step we cover them with a slice of raw ham, season with salt, pepper and we start cooking them.
Meanwhile, chop the broccoli, cut the potatoes and boil water to make a puree. Mince two cloves of garlic, sauté them in olive oil and mix with the broccoli. We pour this mixture over the puree. We present on the plate and that's it.
