Ingredients:
- 500g of sweet potatoes
- a sprig of parsley
- a sprig of thyme
- a sprig of rosemary
- some fresh ginger
- 3 large oranges
- a glass of cider
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- mustard seeds
- salt and freshly ground pepper
- sriracha sauce or your favorite for the sweet potatoes.
preparation:
To start we take a whole chicken, while at the same time we prepare a marinade with orange zest and juice, thyme leaves, rosemary, parsley and a lot of pepper, a handful of mustard seeds, a glass of cider, grated ginger, olive oil , we salt, and with this mixture we marinate the chicken well, the ideal is to let it rest for 12 hours. But with 4 hours it's perfect. Once this is done, we put it in the oven for half an hour on each side. While we wait, cut the sweet potatoes into wedges and fry them in plenty of oil. We serve and enjoy.
