- chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 1/2 ball of fresh mozzarella cheese
- 50g grated mozzarella cheese
- Dried oregano
- Olive oil
1 – With a very sharp knife, make some cuts in the chicken breast. The cuts should be perpendicular to the breast and should be about halfway deep.
2 – We put a few tablespoons of a good tomato sauce on the breast. We make sure to also introduce a generous amount into the cuts we have made. That way it will be juicier.
3 – Cut a few pieces of fresh mozzarella cheese and insert them into each cut. This cheese will melt in the oven and give the brisket even more creaminess. Sprinkle all over the surface with a little dry oregano and a small drizzle of olive oil. Finally sprinkle with more grated mozzarella cheese.
4 – We put in the oven, previously heated to 200ºC and let it cook for about 20 minutes. Enough time for the breast to be well cooked inside. Serve immediately.
