- Whole chicken

- One tablespoon of cornstarch dissolved in one cup of milk

First step, chop the chicken and remove the skin. Then, in a tray prepare flour with salt and sprinkle to taste with a pepper shaker, in that mixture smear the chicken. Next step cut the bacon, onion, bell peppers, green onion and crush a few cloves of garlic.
Once the disk is placed on the fire, add oil and put the bacon together with the chicken, brown on both sides and then remove everything. Once this is done, throw the previously cut vegetables inside the disk, while they are cooking, cut some potatoes and add them to the cooking process. Let brown for a few moments and put the chicken and bacon back.
Cut some mushrooms and add it, season with salt, paprika, crushed chili and some bay leaves. Stir and add 500ml. of beer (a large glass) and two large spoonfuls of cream. In a bowl mix cornstarch with milk and pour it on the disk, stir until desired doneness.
