preparation:
We take some chicken breasts and cut them into squares. Consequently, we cut an onion into julienne strips and with a little oil we begin to brown everything together. Meanwhile, peel some potatoes and cut them, season with salt, pepper, crushed chili, thyme, paprika, seasonings to taste and put in the oven.
Then pour a large pot of cream, three eggs and a little salt into a bowl. We beat well and spread over the chicken, which we previously put in a glass baking dish. We cut mozzarella cheese, mix it with the chicken and grate Sardinian cheese on top and give it a touch of oven. We serve with the potatoes and that's it.
