Ingredients:
- Chicken breasts
- Popes
- Vinegar
- Salt
- carrots
- Chickpeas
- Mayonnaise
- Lettuce
- bell peppers
- olives
preparation:
Boil the breasts in salted water for 30/40 minutes and let them cool in the same liquid. Then we unravel.
Cut and boil potatoes, add a dash of vinegar to the water so they don't overcook and are crispier.
For the homemade mayonnaise, mix two parts oil and one part milk with a little lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic.
Combine all the preparation, mix with the mayonnaise and stir. Present on a tray, add cut lettuce around it, olives and bell peppers on top.
