- 3/4 pound potatoes
- 250cc of milk cream
- 500cc of milk
- chicken cubes
- sage leaves
We start by peeling and cutting the potatoes, we boil water and make a puree. We add a tablespoon of butter, 250cc of double cream, 500cc of milk and a tablespoon of curry.
We open the pack of Calisa chicken cubes and use 400gr of it. In a pan we put butter and start cooking them, we add a little curry to season.
Once ready, pour the cubes over the puree preparation and mix. To conclude, decorate with some chopped sage leaves.
