Ingredients:
- 5 Breasts
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Orange
- Dijon Mustard
- Oregano
Omelettes:
- 500 grams of flour 000
- 240cc Of water
- 5 Tbsp. Of oil
- Salt
Stuffed:
- bell pepper
- Avocado
- Purple Onion
- Lettuce
- Provolone cheese
preparation:
Place the 5 breasts already cooked in a bowl with a little oil, season with salt and pepper to taste. In a separate container, mix a tablespoon of Dijon mustard, with oregano and the juice of half an orange. We spread the chicken and put it to fry.
For the tortillas we mix 500 gr. Of flour 000, with 240 cc. Of water, 5 tablespoons of oil, a little salt and knead. Once the dough is ready, we cut it and make small balls that we will later stretch and flatten, fry for a few moments and have the tortillas ready.
As for the filling, we take a bell pepper, an avocado, a purple onion, lettuce and chop everything or cut to taste. Next step we cut the chicken into strips.
With all this we are filling each one of the tortillas, we grate provolone cheese, we close and that's it.
