Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100g cherry tomatoes
- 200g of spinach
- 200ml of milk cream
- 50g grated cured cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Oil
preparation:
1- In a frying pan, over high heat, add a little oil. When it's hot, we add the whole and previously seasoned chicken breasts. Cook the breasts for about 2 minutes on each side, keeping the heat high. Once this is done, we remove them from the pan and reserve them.
2 – In the same pan, we put the cherry tomatoes cut in half. Cook them for about a minute without stopping stirring. Next, we add the spinach and a couple of minced garlic cloves. We remove so that all these ingredients are integrated while we cook it for about 2 more minutes.
3 – When the spinach has reduced in size and has been cooked, add the cooking cream. Season with salt and pepper and also add the grated cured cheese. We lower the power of the fire and integrate this cheese with the rest of the ingredients until it is completely undone.
4 – Once this is done, return the chicken breasts to the pan together with the cheese and spinach sauce. We let everything cook at a soft temperature for about 15 minutes. The idea is that the breast absorbs the flavor of the sauce and finishes cooking its interior. We serve immediately.
