Take the breasts and make a cut in the upper part without crossing to the other side, then cut again horizontally so that it is like a kind of envelope where we will later place the filling.
Filling No. 1: Cut and sauté two cloves of garlic along with some mushrooms. Chop a little parsley and add to the sauté, season with a little salt and pepper and that's it, we already have the first filling.
Filling No. 2: We cut the spinach and place it in a bowl, add grated cheese, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, mustard, mix and ready.
To finish, we salt the breasts and fill with some cream cheese, on top we add our fillings and cover them with plenty of grated cheese. We can accompany with potatoes and put in the oven for about 30 minutes.
